I found the Obverse lettering on this 1850 5 F with a fast complete ligature of all letters on the top.
Can we consider this issue a variant?

This is caused by a die crack. You would need to find 3 identical coins with the same crack in order to get it qualified as a variety. Nevertheless, I don't think that we count die cracks as "official" variations, since die cracks are quite common?
