Fake Belgium 1917 25 Cents zinc coin?

I was going thru my zinc coins today and I found this one.
The weight is 6.7 g - should be 6.5 g and the coin looked smaller around and thicker. The letters on the value side are much thicker. I would like the members thoughts on this coin. THX Ed
